Whenever
weather changes the body’s response is in a form of a cold – mucous in the
nose, sneezing with watery eyes and sore throat. Nobody is safe from these
symptoms once summer turns into autumn and when winter turns into spring
Those are the
times of the year when the body trees to adapt to a season temperature. During
those adjustments we aren’t sure what to wear – some days we fell to cold at
home, put on a coat and step outside to find out it is warm, and vice versa.
These moments of too cold or too hot in mid-season usually responds in sore
throat
So, to make
all the symptoms pass by easily, here is a natural remedy – a Soothing Sore
Throat Tea
Ingredients
8 slices of
fresh ginger
Peppermint
(fresh or in teabags)
4 cloves of
garlic and
1/4 juice of
lemon
Preparation
Take a knife
and crush the garlic cloves so that they release the oils. Put the crashed
garlic and the sliced ginger in 4 cups of water. Boil it for about 10 minutes.
The tea has greater effect when it is consumed when symptoms start to kick in.
two or three cups of the teas during the day is quite enough
