Every once in a while requires detoxing.
Detoxing, not as delivering of all alcoholic or illegal substances in your body
(god forbid), but from all the unnecessary fat and carbs that have been
devoured from several junk food menus.
Detoxing is always positive especially for
people who are exercising on a regular basis; Pro-athletes, who cannot say ‘no’
to their grandma’s cooking; people who are tired of eating unhealthy and what
to start new chapter of their life and etc. There are many reasons to start
detoxing and many benefits that go with it.
The following Detox Tea Recipe contains Ginger
(proven to be prevent colon cancer, morning sickness, reliefs heartburn, eases on
inflammation, helpful against flu and colds), Turmeric (affective as an
antibacterial and antiseptic agent, stops prostate cancer growth and prevents
melanomas) and Cayenne (has antifungal properties treats and prevents blood
clots
For this detox tea recipe you will need:
2-3 inch piece of turmeric root
2-inch knob of ginger
1-2 dashes of cayenne
2 tsp. of turmeric powder
3 droppers vanilla stevia
4 lemons and
2 quarts of water
Blend all these ingredients in a blender and
taste it if it suits you. If you don’t find it fresh enough, just add something
from the ingredients, preferably, the ingredient which you think is best for
you. If it’s more lemons that is needed, than just add a couple of slices more.After making the tea, let it rest for 10 to 15
minutes so the flavors can bond perfectly. Later on, enjoy
