Yogurt – 1 cup
Apple pectin – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Ground walnuts – 40 to 50 g
Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
Propolis – 30 drops
Oatmeal and preferred dried fruit – 3 tbsp
Preparing Apple Pectin
Pectin is a plant fiber, and it is found in high percentage in apple. This water soluble dietary fiber helps you feel full.
How to make Apple Pectin?
Take 2 pound apple and 2.5 liter of water.
Wash the fruits and core them out.
Mince them into smaller pieces.
Take a pot with water and let it boil.
Add the minced apple pieces into the pot once the water starts boiling (let it cook for another 30 minutes).
Keep stirring the mixture and strain it.
Remove the pectin into clean jars.
Breakfast Preparation
Mix the apple pectin with the yogurt and keep it in the refrigerator overnight. Add all the remaining mixture in the morning and mix well. The recipe is ready for consumption. You should eat it only after leaving the mixture at room temperature so that the yogurt and oatmeal melts first.
